Stationary exhibition “The textbooks published at the beginning of the 20^th century”

When the University of Lithuania began its work on 16 February 1922, they needed textbooks and other teaching material in the Lithuanian language. The lecturers of the University wrote textbooks: “Textbook for analyses of physiological chemistry” by prof. Vladas Lašas and “Technology of construction materials” by prof. Pranas Jodelė were published in 1923, and others. They worked on the Lithuanian terminology: “Lehrbuch der organischen Chemie” by Arnold Frederick Holleman was translated from the German language by prof. Antanas Purėnas and published in 1925, etc.
